He cleaned, flushed, and pumped out our tank within an hour. There’s not a lot of people that do this work on a Sunday. He really came through for us. We have a newer home that needed its first septic check and pumping. Dail's team arrived within a day of my request. Unfortunately the builder had build the backfill 5 feet deep over the lid. Dail coordinated the digging, pumping and installation of a riser so we won't have to worry about future service needs. They were hard working and fast. Digging damage to the lawn was held to a minimum. We are very pleased.

They were prompt, courteous and efficient with performing the job.... we had made an emergency call late night prior to their arrival due to a back up...and they went above and beyond to fit us in the next morning! Turned out we had a large amount of waste that needed pumped that was clogging up our drain. They were also very informative as to the condition of our tank and a repair that had to be made to prevent future problems. Very happy with the work they did and would highly recommend.
